I just moved in to Colonial Grand at Bellevue, and so far I have nothing but positive things to say. From my initial impression to the touring and leasing, my experience with Barbara Knaub has been exceptional. She is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and it has by far been my best experience with a leasing agent at an apartment complex. She listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what fit those. We are ecstatic with our new place and the apartment we chose is in immaculate condition, even though the unit doesn't have the newest upgrades. We are very pleased with our decision to move here.
