I applied site unseen to the wrong apartment complex. When I arrived I was less than wowed. The apartment is 40 feet from a railroad track and it's noisy. The carpet was old and the tiles had cracks. I've called maintenance but it took calling the office on maintenance to get a response. There was a paint crew here and while they were spraying the building they got splatter droplets on a lot of cars including mine. There is dog feces in the mulch in several places and all over in the grass. My dog got sick and I believe that's why ( because our vet said that's the most likely reason). The dryer is awful and dying. My since doesn't drain. The bottom of my shower is peeling. In the second bedroom the toilet isn't working. The screens in the windows have huge holes in them. I was vacuuming the carpet and a stitch where it has been pieced came up and ruined my vacuum. I've had to personally put three cabinets back on the hinges. Barbara is a very pleasant and professional woman. I appreciate her help but the experience I've had with my particular apartment has not been a positive one.
