I love this community. It is extremely safe and quiet. I live by myself so both of those factors are important to me. The leasing office staff is great. They are very helpful and show professionalism always. My apartment is lovely and very bright and spacious. When maintenance issues arise, the maintenance is done in an expedient manner. I would highly recommend this community!

    My experience at Colonial Grand has been all good. I feel safe here and totally at home. The staff is great. They are always there to solve any problems or just as a listener my ear. I cannot recommend this community enough.
