Overall I've had a good experience here. Maintenance staff is very prompt  and communicative. I had an issue with my hot water recently and within 48 hours, a new hot water heater was installed. The office staff is also very helpful. The office is generally pretty busy so it's sometimes hard to reach them over the phone.

I have lived at CGB for 2 years. when i moved in&#44; it was a clean and tranquil place with an extremely helpful office manager and a maintenance guy who knew how to promptly and properly fix things. Sadly&#44; the tranquility is no more&#44; the members of the office staff are indifferent and unprofessional (to the point of being belligerent) and my apartment unit is in a constant state of disrepair.  On the first day in my apartment&#44; a cockroach the size of my thumb revealed himself. In addition to the high rent&#44; management is now charging a &#34;garbage fee&#34; and that&#39;s comical because the compactor fills beyond capacity long before it&#39;s emptied on many weeks resulting in a temporary landfill next to the (ever malfunctioning) entrance gate.  The way water service is charged is weird here too. The water usage charges for an entire building are divided up &#34;equally&#34; amongst individual tenants. Nothing in my apartment is updated or modern. The windows are extremely energy inefficient and result in electric bills of as much $70 to $100 on some months. The water heater looks like a refurbished iron lung. The dishwasher leaves a disgusting &#34;crust&#34; on everything (even if you rinse your dishes beforehand). The carpet is cheap and hard to keep clean. The air conditioning unit is in the ceiling and leaks rusty water constantly. Last but not least&#44; whenever crime occurs here&#44; the office staff will be as elusive as possible when asked about details. In my opinion&#44; these apartments are not at all worth the high rent that is charged.

NOT worth the money

I have lived in the Colonial Grand apartment complex for a year now and over the course of that time I have housed plenty of water bugs in my apartment alone. I am not talking about outside or once in a while in the bathtub; I am talking about 3 inch bugs crawling on the walls around my bed and by my couch. Sometimes it&#39;s actually hard to sleep because once I had a rather large bug fall on me during the middle of the night. Aside from the water bugs&#44; I also had a large amount of beatles and spiders as well. The complex would pay for someone to come spray which had no effect on the bugs. They would come back after a few days. The complex took no real interest saying that there was nothing you can do about it. Take my advice. It is not worth the $750 you pay in rent I pay to live in a otherwise nice one bedroom. The inside of the apartment is the same as other apartments and the main positive is the attractive outside and location that got me to sign the lease. Needless to say&#44; June 22 can&#39;t come soon enough to move out.

Place of Bugs

Love the quiet, clean and secure environment.  Helpful front office staff.  I was part of this community seven years ago and I returned when in need of a rental community again.  I love my little piece of heaven.  I call it my "she shed".

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional office staff. Maintenance is ok, 3 stars; with the exception of Mike?he gets 5 stars!! He always goes above the expected. I've lived in the inner city before (downtown Nashville for many years, in apartments) and had LESS bugs than MAA, but we ARE quite near the country, so I get it. I'm grateful for the regular pest control visits, when needed!!! Peaceful, quiet, and safe?mixed with some adult fun and family?hard to pull off, but MAA Bellevue gets it done! I definitely feel at home. When's the Internet Caf? going to be completed? Was looking forward to that! Rumor had it being placed near the small pool?? My only complaint is it's expensive?but you get what you pay for, and you get it over here!!! Thanks for asking??

Maintenance was very important to me as I looked for a new apartment.  MAA Bellevue's staff keep the grounds, parking areas, and buildings well-maintaned.  Requests for maintenance inside my apartment are taken care of within a day.  The location is convenient to shopping and is walkable to Edwin Warner Park.  I love it here!

This is a wonderful apartment. Also a good safe place to live. Good amenities (pool and fitness center). Close to Warner park with lots of walking trails. I have met many nice neighbors  The parking convenient. Very close to grocery store and gas station

I love it here. Everything about the property is great. The leadership team is wonderful and the complex is clean and well maintained. The pools are clean and fun in the summer and the grounds are really pretty.

Wonderful experience so far. Office staff is very pleasant, willing to assist any way possible. Grounds are very clean and well maintained.Maintenance staff very attentive and quick to respond. Entrance gate works all the time, if there is an issue it is fixed quickly and an email is sent explaining the situation.

The MAA Bellevue Team (office and maintenance) have been extremely attentive to accommodating my requests or needs and they are all wonderful hard working people who deserve accolades for their "above and beyond" efforts. They do an excellent job of communicating with the residents and keeping us informed of whatever happenings and information we need to know.  They work diligently to keep it that way. It is a beautiful community and I  enjoy living here and have settled in this community quite nicely.  I am so pleased with and appreciate each and every one of the MAA Bellevue staff (office and maintenance).  They do such a good job of trying to take care of me and tend to all of their residents.  Thanks to them!!

I love it here. Beautiful setting and landscape, great floor plan, friendly people. It is well located next to a beautiful park, less than a mile away from shopping, dry cleaning, gas, restaurants. Best is that they welcome my large mixed breed dog!

I love living here. Beautiful, well maintained property, friendly neighbors and staff, and oh-so conveniently located.
I love the dog park, the pool, and the Thursday night food trucks.
Their policy on large dogs really sold me on the place!

Quite and very discreet and secure. Seems I had to call about plumbing issues a lot but I understand and the maintenance people are very efficient and take of business a lot of the time I try to be available at home but also allow them to enter without me here of which have been convenient to me.

I have file two complaints for roaches within 2 months of living here with no response to resolve. Only an explanation that I wrongly identified a roach that was clearly a palmetto bug.. but even Google explains these are roaches. 

I have been verbally harassed by other residents and reported with ZERO response of action from management. Only the explanation that "this has never happened here" and they will talk to the resident, all the while the harassment continues.

Very happy to be part of this community. The team has been very supportive and helpful. I like my apartment very much and enjoy the view of the pool . Any problems are taken care of in a timely manner.

I love living here, with proximity to the Warner Parks and Bellevue offerings.  One of my main reasons for choosing MAA Bellevue was the excellent maintenance of the grounds and apartments.  Sadly this has declined recently. Unsightly trash and furniture are often piled up outside the compactor and litter on the grounds.
