We've had a great year living here - we love how quiet and close the community is to the Edwin and Percy Warner parks. Our apartment is right up against the woods and in the rare occasion we have bug issues (mostly late summer), the maintenance team was quick to respond. They've been working on a few amenity upgrades while we've been here (we're thrilled to have fiber internet now) and are overall really happy with the apartment - would recommend to a friend looking for something out of the city.
