The community has very pretty surroundings and apartment is clean and spacious. The buildings are quiet. I like the fact it is gated as it makes me feel safer when I walk at dusk or early morning. It is close to downtown and a beautiful park. Great location!

I just cannot say enough compliments to show our appreciation to Brittany (Leasing Specialist). We moved to Nashville from Michigan and originally rented an apartment managed by a different company. It did not meet our expectations upon seeing it in-person. We contacted MAA at 5 PM, and Brittany stayed past her work end time to show us the apartment she had available and we signed a lease that night and moved in the next day. All of the office team members (i.e. Maryam) are very pleasant and helpful, and we are happy living here. The apartment was clean upon move-in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The complex grounds and pool areas are well maintained. It is a nice place to live. Highly recommend it!
