Residents are very friendly and office staffs are so kind. They are always considerate of others and say hello to me. And everyone in the building tries to use the building cleanly. Since it is a new building, the facilities are so good, also it is well maintained through many people's efforts to keep clean.

    the apartment is cute and cozy. I like how the kitchen is communal and shared. its a way to connect with other residents here. I like also the location of the apartment. Very accessible going to downtown. The only problem is, no parking space provided

      The staff at Rutledge Flats has been very responsive to my needs. The place is super clean and modern. Onboarding paperwork is laborious, but the price and location are good, as long as you're ok with a small living space. The shared areas and amenities really help though.

        Very clean & brand new. Easy to move into. Pleasant staff. If you're looking for a simple and quality place to live this would be it. I have been in your shoes. Looking at dozens of different buildings. This is one is worth it.

          Rutledge flats is quiet, clean,smells good and have great environment. It's well located, next to the city center. I L love the shared kitchen, it's very modern and organized. I really I love to live here.

              I recently moved into this complex but I already love it. It's a safe and cozy environment, its just enough space for me and it's well priced for my current area. I would recommend these studio rooms to other young adults!

                This is a beautiful local, lovely apartments, and the staff are curtious, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's safe and close to downtown. Bus stops are everywhere. The views are perfect. These apartments, communal living, are a WONDERFUL idea!

                  Brand new building so everything is in great condition and good working order. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. Some of the communal spaces are not left in great care by the other residents especially the kitchen but considering the cost and proximity to downtown the downsides are worth tolerating.

                    Cheap units with cheap fixtures and faulty AC's. Good choice if budget and location are your only priority. Staff is super nice but clearly have their hands tied from any meaningful decision making by greedy budget minded ownership.
