I'd say just making sure people follow the rules of noise ordinances and being respectful of each other if what makes a good living place. Just keeping yourself available and open to feedback is such a plus. Management has been very kind to me and always working with me and that's what I like about living here. The place is also beautiful and they work hard to keep it nice.

Let me preface this by stating we moved in the first month or two they started leasing these apartments. This google review encompasses our experience over the past 2 years. First off, the apartments are cute, modern, and the grounds are well kept. The location is prime for shopping, eating and being close to Nashville. These are the ONLY pros of living here. Lets start by saying the ceilings are paper thin. If you cannot afford to live on the fourth floor, I would advise you do not live here. The noise levels are like nothing I've ever experienced at an apartment. Many of the neighbors that live here are extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. Our upstairs neighbors PACE the apartment nonstop from 10pm to 2am, then will wake up and PACE some more from 5:30am to 8am. There is no reason anyone should be pacing the apartment at 4:30am on a SATURDAY - NONE. Needless to say, our patience is little to nothing after sleeping for 3 hours a night. We have contacted management about this issue 6 times and have sent half a dozen emails with never a single response. The funny thing is, I will get a faster response from this review than an email they make you send to them their records. No improvement in the noise whatsoever and we have been dealing with this for about 9 months already. NINE MONTHS. If we would have known these would have been our neighbors beforehand, we definitely would not have renewed our lease. I have had to stay at my parents house multiple nights just to get a break. What is the point of having a luxury apartment if it just stores your stuff and you cannot sleep in it? Secondly, the amenities. Everything looks great, but do not be fooled. Weights in the gym are never re-racked and cleaned up after use and multiple times there have been crushed hard candy and wrappers littered all over the turf. This place is only 2 years old and yoga mats have been stolen, ripped, and not all the equipment works. The pool is too small for this complex and children take it over in the summer. Residents often have pool parties with way too many people which discourages other renters from wanting to access the amenities they pay for. Nothing about this is relaxing. The coffee machine in the leasing office rarely works. It either never has cups, or it does not have coffee beans or milk. The pool table and shuffle board have been used improperly. The sand and pool sticks are either empty or broken. The package room. Many residents have had their packages stolen. It is a DISASTER trying to find your package in the littered sea of boxes. Accessing the room is hard enough, but getting delivery drivers to understand delivery instructions is even harder. They definitely cheaped out by not having parcel pending lockers. Overall, our experience here has been disappointing for the price tag on this community and has gotten worse over the past year we have lived here. Everyone has their own experience, but we wanted to share ours, because ours started off as a dream but went downhill fairly quickly. We are patiently counting down the few months left in our lease so we can finally get some well-deserved rest.

This apartment complex is so great! Very updated apartment living with the best features and appliances. All amenities are kept so clean they still feel brand new 2 years later. I've never had any major issues and minor issues are always prioritized by the maintenance staff! I feel safe and secure with the indoor access to my apartment, plus with the security systems in each building. Lastly, the office staff are always welcoming and eager to help!

Breach of Quiet Enjoyment & Poor Management Response
I moved to Vintage Stonetrace in June 2025. The location is good and the apartments look nice, but the living experience is not worth the price due to poor soundproofing and a lack of management. The soundproofing between floors is non-existent. I hear every move from the unit above me, including chairs pulling out from the table and even the paws of a small dog walking. These noises happen throughout the night and at 3:00 AM. I have kept a log of these noises since November. Because of this constant noise, I suffer from regular sleep trouble and physical anxiety. I sent two emails with formal complaints in November, but I did not get a response until January. Natalia is professional, but she cannot make decisions to fix the problem. The Property Manager, Andrea Lee, refuses to talk to me directly and only sends messages through her assistant. They are not enforcing the covenant of quiet enjoyment that should come with a luxury lease. Even though I showed them my noise log, the office told me the only way to move to a quiet unit is to re-apply as a new tenant and pay a full new security deposit. Making a resident pay more money to fix a problem caused by poor construction and slow management is wrong. The location is fine, but you will not get any sleep here.

I love it here so nice and clean for the most part but you have people that like to throw there trash down anywhere and leaves cups everywhere . Now today there was a broke egg in the elevator in building A and whoever dropped it they just left it in there and then somebody dropped the green sponge like he washed dishes or something with they left that in there they don't pick up after their stuff. I'm not like that I pick up my stuff to clean my mess up.

My experiences have been great so far! The leasing office staff is great! My neighbors can be loud with slamming the doors and smoking at times, but overall, it is a great place to live! Love Vintage!

Better screening for tenants because the value of the property is going down in the short time I've been there. Also they need to ensure the cleaning lady cleans the staircase weekly and not bi-monthly.

Vintage Stonetrace is a wonderful community. All the admin members are very accommodating, friendly and attentive to residents' inquiries. The apartment unit is pretty new and spacious. There's a pool too! Gym is another great amenity.

Apartment complex is nice and staff has been friendly so far. The grounds are kept clean. My only complaint is that street parking is required for guests if you don't want to be towed yet the complex allows tow trucks, commercial vehicles, and huge trailers to take up MULTIPLE street parking spaces and sometimes there's nowhere for guests to park. If you rake a chance and have a friend park in the lot meant for residents and then your friend will get towed and be out $250 all to come visit. This is ridiculous since the complex allows these commercial vehicles to take up 3+ spaces each sometimes in street parking locations. So ridiculous and seems to have had no improvement.
