Nice quiet and clean community. Lots of nature. Amenities and parks nearby are great. Management is great. Lots of events like free coffee and donuts every month. Multiple trash bins throughout the community makes taking it out easy. No roaches or mice just a lot of grasshoppers and crickets

So far, the experience has been great. The issues that have appeared to be an issue, ie the trash, are being dealt with and addressed. And in my area there have been some noise complaints but those also were dealt with in a nice and timely manner

Everything is great! We love living here. We lived here before in 2018 to 2021 and moved back in 2024. We have always had a great experience living here. The elementary school zoned for this complex is the best! It’s close to restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, hospital, and the interstate.

It’s Great Living Here

Living here is great! The grounds are great, my apartment unit is great and the leasing office staff is wonderful! I love the location and the wonderful community events they always have for the residents. Cortland never disappoints!

I have been living at Cortland at Twin Creeks for the past two years. The apartments are spacious and fully renovated with new appliances. I love the comfort of my place, which truly feels like home now. The team members and maintenance staff at the leasing office are always willing to help, no matter what the issue is. It’s more than just a community; it feels like family!

Wonderful Apartments, Wonderful Staff!

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The grounds are always so beautifully maintained. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice. It's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything you could need!

Amazing

I have been here for years now and love it. They remodeled beautifully. The maintenance John Chris and Carlos are so nice and quick to getting to work orders staff. Trisha in the rem also always make sure to go above and beyond when she can has help so many people I know find an apartment.

Great community!

It's a beautiful community that is well kept by the maintenance staff. you can always count on the maintenance staff to get stuff done. My apartment spacious and truly feels like my own. It does not have an institutional feeling. The manager, Vivian, is always available to answer questions and concerns. She is understanding and accommodating. Trisha has been extremely informative and helpful with so many things. I know when I walk into the office I will be greeted with a smile, and she always follows up with questions on my kids. This is a community that feels like home and the staff feels like family and friends. They truly care!

Staff very helpful. Enjoy so close to community stores and restaurants. And love the trail in the back of the apartments. Apartment community is clean. And lastly, I love that there is a storage unit with the apartment. Just wish it was bigger!!

Great staff and neighbors

I have been here for almost 2 years and have had a welcoming experience, Clariza is usually taking care of the issues I have come across since I work during the week and can only come in on Saturday's she has made my experience quite enjoyable to call this place home. I've also seen the most progress here at this office compared to some other Communities I have visited in the past where they don't follow up with you for any of your concerns or work orders so I also wanted to give a shout of to the maintenance team for always getting to do my request I place at a decent time. Overall I wanted to Thank the office staff for being so attentive and helpful.

Great experience.

Living at a large community we have very pleased with our experience with Cortland at Twin Creeks. After living at different communities before this I can say this has been the best place to live by far. All the staff is always so friendly and greet me by my name the minute I walk into the office. The leasing agent dropped whatever she is doing to assist and listen to me. I always have complex questions if she cannot answer them the manager jumps in to help. They are driven, honest and transparent. Would recommend you come live here.

I would not recommend moving here. It's a great location and the office staff are nice to your face. However, concerns are ignored (even health and safety ones), the interior dimensions are far from what they're advertised as, the price is expensive, and the inside gets tons of bugs all the time, regardless of how clean or tidy you are in your apartment. I would move out but it's too expensive and a lot of hassle right now.

Best complex I've ever stayed in.

I've lived at twin creeks for a while now, and I couldn't ask for a better office and maintenance team. They are always so helpful and attentive to the residents needs. I've recommended this property to many of my friends and family.

Was quoted a Garage upon move in, didn’t get it- never told we wouldn’t get one. Asked for an overhang and apparently those were all taken too which you would think if we were told we’d get a garage they would try to at least get us an overhang since we were told one thing and receive d another. Also They couldn’t give us a gate key because apparently they have been out of gate keys for months… you can literally get electronic keys made at Loews less than 3 blocks away…

Living here has been a great experience so far, in large part due to the excellent maintenance we've received from Carlos. He's hard working, respectful and kind. And he responds to all our maintenance needs quickly. It's an overall great apartment complex, clean and well maintained.

Excellent so far. I give this place a 8 out of 10. I only have a few minor concerns but it’s nothing that would make me rate the complex low. I love waking up here. The view from my window is relaxing and serene. My neighbors are okay I believe I have only met one so far and she was very nice and accommodating on my move in day.

Wonderful Apartments, Wonderful Staff!

I can't compliment this community and the staff enough! The team here is so welcoming and actually care about the residents!! (Which I haven't seen at previous communities in which I've lived.) The apartments are so beautiful with the recent updates. And the property always looks well maintained. The trees here are beautiful! There is a walking trail in a peaceful and serene wooded area which I enjoy almost daily. You won't regret moving here!

Peaceful community that feels like a big family

The tour experience was one of a kind. Bree qas personable, Vivienne the manager is so sweet and approachable. I see the maintenance diligently at work everyday but smiling. You don't see that often. I have been renting for over 20 years and this is the first place that feels like family.

I believe that Cortland is trying to get rid of families and put in out of state residents to make more money. We will not have our lease renewed. They claim upgrade to apt. We can't afford more rent.
