Getting better but not there yet.

This place has new management and they are a little better than the last ones. Just a heads up. Major pest problem, noise, and violence in the area. They are doing major renovations but some of them the management wants us to pay for. Not worth it to me. Traffic during rush hour is always bad due to local highway. About every other hour or so most days you can listen to the sirens. (Some days worse than others.) Hope you like Tejano music or Hip Hop. You will hear a lot of it. The new management does tend to respond to work request but sometimes it can take multiple request. Parking lot is a mess most of the time due to work being done on the complex. There is a drainage issue with it as well so be prepared to wade to you car on or after a rainy day. Lots of ants and butter roaches. they came in after the current management took over. Last guys at least paid for pest control. You cable will go in and out if you choose to use it. That includes both video and internet. My apartment needs major foundation repair and has gaps in the doors on the patio and the entry. Out side of these issues, it is livable if you can deal with it.
