Worst 1st experience of living on my own

This is my very 1st apartment since I moved out of my grandmother house. At 1st I was so excited, from the model apartment they showed me and the details KATRINA gave me for my new supposedly Upgraded apt. I was suppose to have all wood floors with vaulted ceilings. NON of that is in here. Instead I have cream carpet, which I didn't want because I have a 2year old son, I told them this,and flat ceilings. When I 1st moved in here they had me fill out a worksheet listing problems or things broken or damaged. I listed there were electric wires hanging in my storage closet (remind you I have a 2yr old son). My balcony is not securely hammered right, the left side and nails are hanging out, and the rail is leaning. My bathroom has wood around the tub lifting. Yet this is my 3rd month staying here, and no one has came to fix anything yet, nor returned my calls. The day before yesterday it rained so hard a pipe or something busted in my ceiling causing a big brown stain b4 my kitchen. If mold starts growing I WILL BE BREAKING MY LEASE! I just called the office and once again KATRINA tried to make an excuse as why the maintenance ppl never came, trying to say I never told them what happen. I'm like ----- It's written on my worksheet, I even went over the worksheet with one of the managers. Then she like "oh yea I see it now". Play crazy!! That's not even all of it but I'm tired of typing.....I have 9months left, and when I hit month 9 I will be notifying them of me leaving. I just have to pray the remaining 9months I'm here because I'm hearing about alot of criminal activity but I haven's witnessed anything so far. Pray for me =(
