AIR PROBLEMS,MAJOR RAT PROBLEM DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I would defintely not recommend anyone to move here SERIOUSLY.I moved in on 4/29/11 since that day i have been having problems.For one it was really hot in the summer i had air problems my air wasn`t getting my apartment cool and the air wasn`t circulating in the bedroom so it was very hot,i told the apartments and the corporate office and their response was as long as it is coming out might not be to your comfort but it`s coming out so we can`t do anything,"REALLY but you want your rent money on time".So my electricity bill went from never being over $60 dollars to $177 mind you this is for a one bedroom.Now I`m having problems with RATS i mean RATS everywhere i hear them in the ceiling at night in the attic i see them on my patio i can`t even sit out there anymore i informed the office all they wanna do is keep calling the exterminator,which isn`t helping.I want to break my lease but i don`t want anything on my credit and all they wanna do is move me to another unit, oh but they don`t want to pay for my movers,for cable getting transfered or electricity being transferred nothing.My lease is up in another 6 months i pray to god i make it SERIOUSLY......
