Not a safe place to live.

I lived in Sutter Creek Apartments from July 2009 until March 2011. While I was there, two women had been assaulted in phase 1. That is the part of the complex across the street from the leasing office. There was a murder in Phase two, that's where I lived. It wasn't nice being woke up by the Arlington Police at 7am to ask if I heard anything either. There were kids that looked like they belonged to a gang due to the fact they wore all red or red items on them. As a person who personally knew gang members, they become easy to spot. I never felt safe walking to my apartment at night and when my son was there in the summer visiting me, he never went outside without me or my BF. The pool is usually closed most of the summer because the maintenance staff have NO clue how to run the pools. The roaches weren't too bad but bad enough and one time a colony of bees built a hive in the wall of the apartments (yes apartments, the hive stretched two floors) across from mine. The bees started to fly down and hang around my place. I reported it to the office and informed them I was allergic to the bees and that my BF was deathly allergic. They "supposedly" called an exterminator to remove the bees but in the end, I moved before the bees did. Some of the staff were cool and I still talk to them, but they do not work there anymore. Whoever is there now will never be has good as ------------------------------. All in all, if you have the option......DO NOT move there. Oh and one more thing: A friend of mine who lived there was murdered by her stalker two weeks ago. Yeah do not move there......it really is not a safe place to live. However, if you like the thug life or living with thugs, or the risk of being attacked or killed, then this would be the place for you.
