I moved in Sutter Creek on May 10, 2012. The 1st might I stayed their was a fight with two girls right outside my window about a week later a guy & his girlfriend were out in the parking lot cursing and fighting as if it was appropriate. People actually stood out side and rooted them on. They advertise free wifi by the pool. I've called on several occasions about it because it never works. After I called the corporate office they turned it on only to turn it back off the very next day. They claim their having trouble with it however I believe they turn it off purposely and false advertise it. Rent was due on September 3rd however the office was closed on that day but they want to charge a late fee. How cool is that? And they don't have a drop box. If you have any concerns that you feel you need to contact the regional manager about you'll never hear from her he contacts the manager of the apartments only to hear her tell lies and your problem
Is still never resolved. I'm waiting to go above her head. I live in a one bedroom apt just me & my daughter who doesn't physically love here during school do to the horrible schools they have however I'm mostly here alone how about my water bill was $57.34 last month $54.00 this month. Again I'm hardly here. When I lived in a house my water bill didn't cost this much. My neighbor with the same amount of bedrooms water bill was $35.00 so somebody tell me whats really going on I'd hate to ask others because it just may piss me off even more. Point blank sutter creek apartments suck. And I'm not just saying it its very true along with the other people's reviews.
