I usually would never bad mouth an apartment or business, because I feel there's always going to be at least one thing you dont particularly care for, but I have to warn people about living here. When you read that the management does not care, its a true statement. Recently someone came into the apartment complex and slashed my tires and one of someone else's tire. I went to the rental office with my police case number and all so they knew I was telling the truth. My insurance didn't cover my tires I needed up having to pay out of pocket so I told the rental office that I would have to pay my rent with the next check because I was now broke. They said okay thats no problem. Then the next monday they call me and tell me unless I pay them $100 and sign an agreement they will be taking my account to eviction court and I will have to pay court fees along with my late fee and my rent. Now I will owe the apartment almost $800 which is double what I pay a mouth because my tires got slashed. I asked the residential manager just to be clear and she said, " yes ma'am. We can't guarantee your safe here." I was there was more I could do as a resident. This is in no way fair. Please for your read these reviews. I don't want you to end up evicted like me over something you had no control over. When I tell Arlington police where I live they even laugh and ask why I live here. That says a lot.
