I moved in these apartments in April of 2012 and must admit I'm ready to move and never come back! I can admit I haven't had any problems with the apartments nor rent, though rent will increase when it's time for your renewal! But all I did was state I wasn't renewing and they decreased my renewal rate significantly! I love the maintenance team, if you have a problem they are there to fix it the same day or the next which is great! Now to my complaints......ROACHES! I believe I am a very clean person and do nothing to deserve roaches, but once the lights go off, you might as well say you are welcoming your unwanted guest because they are coming! It is the most annoying thing ever which pisses me off every time I see them and has prompted me to move! I am staying with the gables company in hopes to get the same maintenance and customer service as before, but I can not deal with the roaches at Sutter Creek! So if you don't mind roaches, this is the place for you and is pretty nice for the bucks. If not, i do not recommend! I hope this review is helpful and Good Luck! Oh yeah, and whatever your rent is, be prepared to pay an extra 30-40 dollars monthly for water n trash!
