I've lived here 4 months and in that time period we have had rodents and ants. Mysteriously flies find there way in through cracks on the windows and vents. My family and I are on day 5 of smelling a dead rodent for the 3rd time that has died somewhere in a wall or attic. We can barely stomach to eat a meal and smell the carcass. You will pay rent which I was not told about nor was it advertised until I signed my lease...then I was told. U pay for trash and pest control but remember call every week to get on the list or you won't get any pest control.
This far by the worst apartment experience ever and I do not recommend anyone move here
