Pros: great maintenance service, family oriented, somewhat clean, friendly neighbors, close to highways, school, supermarket, quiet, although kids play outside in the afternoon but that doesn't bother me I have kids too, and I love seeing children run and play.
Con: people don't pick up after their dogs that's why I said is somewhat clean( in the morning there is someone picking up trash),
When I moved, was the worst day of my life, the girl that was helping my husband and I wasn't at the office that day and I called to say that my husband might not making on time if someone could stay at the office after it was closed for a couple of minutes, with no hesitation a big no was given to me.and I was very upset because I had plan to move in at 10am of that day but the office called me a day before to let me know that my apartment wasn't going to be ready but after 3pm when traffic usually starts. I had to reschedule my moving truck and the cleaning people to clean my other apartment. Thank God that the moving truck company was available and were able to change my original schedule from 10am to 3 pm. So, once she had told me no one could stay at the office I got very mad, and I asked why no one cloud stay if it wasn't my fault that my husband could be late for getting the keys to our apartment and I also told her that it wasn't an option for my kids to sleep outside and for all of my furniture to stay outside bcuz someone couldn't stay for a while, thank god my husband made it on time but the girl I spoke to on the phone made my husband wait for almost two hours ( but let me remind you that they couldn't stay after hours) why she did this, bcuz she knew that we were paying for the moving truck by hour and wanted to give us a hard time if it wasn't bcuz there was another Mexican girl (she is pregnant right now)that had compassion towards my husband maybe we would have not gotten the keys that day if it wasn't for her. But I don't think that girls is here Anymore, I ended up payin 500 dollars to the moving company, on top of the rent, you will be paying an extra 80-90 of utility bills ridiculous.
Besides that I have loved it here, I'm actually sad that I'm moving (rent wheat up) because I have met great neighbors and my kids have other little friends that they play with, really sweet children. Keep apartment clean and you won't see all that many bugs, I am phase 2 which is on the office side. My apartment was renewed.
