1. Roaches everywhere. They did come in to spray but roaches still come back, small ones and huge ones. There are spiders in my room and pill bugs coming up from under the carpet. Just imagine roaches crawling on your head while you're sleeping and crawling on your chips if you leave it on the table. We're lucky that we didn't get sick.
2. Old appliances. Cabinets, drawers, disposal are old and stink really bad. I don't know how the upgraded apartments are, but don't get the non upgraded one. The condition is terrible.
3. Awful management. I'm not a bad mouth person and I never write a review before, but this time I have to say it. The office staffs are not nice and don't seem to welcome us. They don't care about customers satisfaction, they're like ok you already signed the contract so screw you hah! I'm so glad we moved out to a better, nicer and cleaner apartment.
4. Unsecured. The secured gate is broken 5 days a week. My neighbors had their tires flatten. I feel scared walking from my car to my apartment when I have late class at night.
5. Laundry room is always dirty, seems like no one ever cleans it. Broken washer and dryer that take your money.
6. The only good thing is maintenance responding quick.
