There is no insulation in the walls or on the windows. I can hear people pulling in and out of the parking lot all hours of the night.
Foundation is horrible!!! My patio looks like it's about to fall off and I have to get the locks on my door realigned every two months because my door will stop locking.
Roaches! They have definitely gotten better, I haven't seen any in a couple months, but I have struggled with them.
Maintenance tends to respond in a timely manner, but there have been occasions where I have been told that my service request has been completed but nothing had been done.
Paint on the walls is awful! Can't even clean my light switches without making a water stain on the wall.
They charge for literally every little thing. My utilities and rent raise every month, u swear by it.
I'm pretty sure there was a mouse in my unit at one point....
Parking is terrible. I have a baby who happens to weigh 17lbs...not only do I live on the third floor, but I also have to park a mile away from my unit if I get home before I certain time.
I have to say, I don't hear of many incidents of crime. I feel pretty safe here most of the time. The complex is well lit and gates usually are working....though the exit gate has been broken the past two weeks recently.
Complex is beautiful. Lots of trees and grass, as well as places to have picnics with your family and grassy areas for children to play.
Stairs are very dangerous! Steps are not wide enough, I have not only fallen going up and down the stairs, but I have also cut my heel open multiple times.
There is someone who picks up trash so there's not a lot of litter.
Leasing agents seem to be pretty friendly and always return phone calls. I must give praise to my leasing agent, Claudia. She's awesome!
Tub is very dangerous as well, whatever they paint with makes it super slippery.
I pay over $700 for a one bedroom apartment and I find it ridiculous and not worth it.
Overall, it's not a bad place to live, but there are also things that need improvement. I will probably not be renewing my lease.
