Sutter Creek wasn't a terrible place to live when they were under Gables management. Then Vesta management took over and they are awful! They sent out a letter that said we couldn't have anything on our patios. They said we would be fined of we didn't remove the items. Then they wanted to charge us $75 per blind that need to be replaced. We had a couple strips missing. They were extremely cheap blinds and not worth $75. On the day we were supposed to move out and turn in our keys they told us we would be fined if they didn't receive our keys before 10 am. Their office didn't even open until 10 am. Their hours are extremely inconvenient if you have a job.
The month we were moving out they tried to charge us the full rent amount when we were only supposed to have a pro rated amount. They also sent a notice saying we needed to be out a month before our lease was up. We've never missed a payment or had a late payment so we shouldn't have any type of eviction problem.
While we were living here we would constantly see roaches and nothing was done about them. There was probably a police car here once a week due to some type of break in or crime. The gates are never working properly.
