Management can't get anything done right. There is always an excuse for something. When we first moved in, cracks in the walls, funny odor, door hinges broken, stove wasn't even plugged in! Oh and we had to wait about 5 hours for our floors to dry... when they knew we were coming. We wrote everything down but we will somehow probably get charged for something that was already broken. It is always loud in this neighborhood- so if you like loud music, constant honking, it's the place for you. The washers and dryers don't all work, you have to find the working ones.. And that costs money to test them all out. The pool has been closed since we moved in two months ago ( I thought I paid for this??).. They said it would be open after Memorial Day, nope. The trash gets picked up after it's over flowing- at 5am.... And it's loud. We pay too much to not have these SIMPLE needs met. We are definitely leaving in 2 months when we break the lease and pay an extra 3rd month to get out of here. IT WILL BE SO WORTH IT. Oh and by the way.. We've had to pay with cashier checks for rent. Management can't even get a website up properly for us to pay simple rent. We've have to take time out of our busy day to go to the bank. Also, when I've gone to pay rent or water, every time they look up our names in the computer and look like they're baffled then go okay I see it..?? Uh okay. AND we had to pay extra money a few weeks after our first move in date because they couldn't get the numbers done right the first time. We shouldn't have had to pay that when that was their fault. OH and the gates do NOTHING. don't let them fool you.
