I've lived here for 10 months now, & I hate it.
Let me start by saying that the floor plans are very pretty. The big windows are great, because I have a view facing a ton of trees, & it's absolutely beautiful. The pools are well taken care of, & very pretty. The maintenance people are also very sweet.
BUT, this apartment complex is not a good place to live in. My apartment has been infested with roaches since day 2 of moving in. I've put i?)n. multiple requests, & only got my apartment sprayed once. The infestation isn't even a roach here or there; they crawl all over my dishes, my cups, my forks, my cutting boards, my couch, my BED, it's absolutely disgusting. The yards are also full of fleas. I've had to bomb my apartment at least 4 times due to fleas jumping on my dogs while outside. I've never had a flea problem on my dogs before moving to Sutter Creek.
Also, the gates never work. The exit gate stays open 24/7 so what's the point of a code? Maintenance takes a month to answer your requests, the water pressure is low, cops stay posted outside at least 3x a week, gunshots at night, & loud neighbors.
Save your money, don't live here.
