The problem with Sutter Creek is the people working in management not the management company. Vesta Management took over Sutter Creek after Gables Management left. Vesta should've fire the staff and replaced it with a new one. The property manager has a stinky attitude. They offered me a lease in writing for an amount wich I signed. After I signed the lease they jacked up the rent and told me they gave me the wrong amount for my rent. The property manager told me I was crazy if I thought I was going to get the rent they offer me. The rent they offer which I signed was given to me in writing. After I signed the lease the property manager refused to give me a copy of the lease. They always have some hidden fees after you either sign something or pay them something. I am pretty sure that when we get ready to move they are going to charge us for things that were already broken in the apt.
