DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you love HORRIBLE and UNMERCIFUL management, bed bugs, roaches, and RATS then hurry and move right on in! I just tried to move out and I showed up at 6 p.m. which is when the office closed. I understand that the office closes at 6 p.m. but when I BEGGED them to please just take my keys and let me check out they just left me BEGGING IN THE STREET. They just kept coming up with every reason to NOT help me. I completely understand that they have lives outside of work and that I could of showed up a few minutes earlier, but the way the just turned their backs on me shows that they have absolutely no compassion for others. I wanted to ask them had anyone ever showed them mercy in their lives??? Could I please have 1 pass?? I get it, it&apos;s life, but geeze! So heartless! 

The place is old, and like I said completely infested with bed bugs (which I didn&apos;t have until I moved into this ABOMINABLE place, and had to pay for the treatment), lovely roaches climbing all over your kitchen, and RATS eating all your food. They just need to burn it down and fire EVERYBODY.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.....I moved here because of the cheap rent. I checked the apt out before signing my lease and everything was good.  That same night I went back to the apt and roaches were every where....I complained to the office about the roaches and the lady told me that the roaches were coming out to breathe..WTF does that mean...so I manage to get rid of the roaches by bombing the apt daily and not keeping food in the apt...As soon as I get the roaches under control here comes RATS not mice but HUGE RATS...I let the office know immediately and they wanted me to wait till the following week before sending someone out..So I called corporate just so they can have someone come lay down traps....there were so many rats in this apt 3 were actually caught on the sticky traps but the other ones managed to get off the traps...I ask the apt mgr if they would let me out the lease she said no and basically I have to give them time to get rid of them but they would take 50 off my rent...I refused to stay there so I broke my lease and moved out and now I&#39;m stuck with these apts on my credit...apt mgr didn&#39;t care at all about rats being in the apt. I moved in these apts Nov. 2012 and Jan 17th is the night I was awaken by the rat in the apt. I moved out end of Jan once mgr said she wouldn&#39;t move me in a different unit. ...just don&#39;t be convinced to move here because of cheap rent and upgrades its not worth it....

The apartment that Im renting is a decent place and i love the fact that theres a lot  parking. So far in my 6 months living here&#44; ive had no problems and my neighbors are not in my business. the place looks clean and office staff is helpful. as far as crime&#44; i havent had any bad experiences.

If you choose Sutter Creek as your living headquarters you will be garenteed an interesting adventure. Along with a host of bugs&#44; you will enjoy windows thats only defense is having a screen over it&#44; faulty locks and faulty electrical outlets! Not only that&#44; you get free 24 hour base and roaring moters shaking your apartment due to the automotive school just down the street. 
I personally had a great experiance with a man opening my bedroom window&#44; because the window locks don&#39;t work&#44; and robbing me of all my electronics while I pretended to be asleep in my bed so he wouldn&#39;t mess with me. The man was acctually responsible for a long rash of apartment robberies. As  you can tell Sutter Creek has only the finest of Security. 
You can bet that the grounds keepers and the repair staff are top of the quality. It only took them 3 months to fix my AC&#44; in the middle of Texas summer! I do love walking around and seeing thousands of cigarettes butts and of various bits of trash all over the parking lots. 
I never did feel alone though. I always had ants&#44; cocroachs&#44; and spiders to keep me company. Plus&#44; when my friends did visit I never had to give them the gates code becuase the mayjority of the time it was broken.

Sutter Creek HORRIBLE.

We moved in April of 2008&#44; we have had problems with the front door&#44;the lock would always get jammed and it was very hard to open our door&#44; literally took us 15 min just to get in our apt. Our apartment had gross stains on the carpet from the last people who stayed there&#44; seemed like Red Cool-Aid stains and smelt awful. Our A/C did not work&#44; in the summer time... and we requested it be fixed and it took them literally 3 months to fix it. We had a newborn that would sweat all night b/c they took their time just to come fix it! Our dishwasher had some broken glass and we were not able to wash in the dishwasher so we had to do them by hand b/c they didnt want to fix it. We had a 1 yr lease and they never fixed it!! When we would call to ask them to fix stuff they would get an attitude or try and charge us! They are non-experienced management and someone needs to tell them off! Some maintenance guy told us that its not the apts problem&#44; they tell us that anything we need&#44; they will fix it but its not true. The maintenance guy said himself he hates his job b/c he works salary and they told him &#34;u fix things the way you think they should be fixed&#34;&#44; he said they dont give them money or have extra supplies to fix with. Maintenance told us the reason why we have problems with the locks here at sutter creek is b/c the apartments are old and move!? I didnt know the apartments were alive?! These are overall the WORST apts EVER to live in!! My friend had his a/c not working for 3 months until they even TRIED to fix it. He said he had to wake up every hr to take a cool shower just to keep cool. Also&#44; our neighbors car got broken into in the middle of the day right in front of his apt! Poor Management! Once our lease is up&#44; we will NEVER BE BACK TO SUTTER CREEK!!!! OH&#44; when we first moved in we paid $675 deposit and was told we would get it ALL BACK at the end of the lease and we only received $400 b/c they LOST OUR FILE to prove how much deposit we paid! I HATE SUTTER CREEK APARTMENTS. The pic with the hole is in the shower on top and we have spiders and roaches come out of it and mgmt said there is nothing they can do about that!

WORST APTS TO LIVE AT! RUDE MANAGEMENT AS WELL

To start off first day we were here a girl got ran over by a car and the car took off and the gates do not work ever!!!! So so much for paying for a gated community second mold!!!! Mold mold are window was leaking and has mold all over it!!! And they refuse to clean it they only sealed it from the outside there&apos;s mold in our vents under the sink and on our window seal my whole family is sick and they refuse to do anything there dumb maintenance man said it was not I wish I could post pictures on here just all around is a scam!! They do not care and are not professional like seriously why don&apos;t yall move in this apartment and see how sick you get!!! Will be going to court!!!
