I moved here from south Florida. I visited Texas many times before making the move. I am sad to say this apartment complex needs to be shut down and demolished and rebuilt. The units are old. My unit is on a slant. My cabinets are all slanted where my plates are not straight. In the bathroom it's wallpaper under the paint. It was roaches when I did I my initial walk through (I had signed the darn lease already it was no turning back). I live on the 3rd floor they lied about my unit location. Too many steps to climb! The steps are breaking and dangerous. Someone should call the code enforcement dept. the railing outside my house is loose so god forbid I lean on it(remember I'm on the 3rd floor) so I will die if I fall from that broken rail. Plus I live on the main Street so I hear people and their street racing ALL NIGHT ! Oh and the gym isn't 24 hours. It's open only office hours. The only good thing is the staff and the fast maintenance crew. I am moving out soon. Thank goodness. Beware of this horrible complex. Invest the money in owning a home or town house.
