1. Vesta Management is horrible - record keeping of rent, following up on requests and general issues not taken care of. Never had this many issues or any problems out of the previous management company.
2. Buildings are in need of dire repair. Holes or missing bricks have allowed rats and other rodents into the buildings interiors causing issues with tenants along with constant noise of them running through the walls. Not taken care of and has been an ongoing issue for more than 7 weeks. Neighbor moved out since management wouldn't take care of the issue.
3. Appliances/Cabinets outdated. Appliances work some of the time and maintenance just fixes them to get by - they are told that they can't order new.. Cabinets are warped need replaced. Sides of cabinet in bathroom and in Kitchen by refrigerator look like something has chewed or have been eating off them. They look like this when we moved in.
4. Grounds - Wooden Fences are in need of replacement. Maintenance only puts a "quick fix" on them. Supposed to be gated community - Security gates for entrance and exit always open.
5. Pools - they spend a lot of money redoing the pool areas but the side opposite of the office you can't use the pool since there is always a lot of outsiders - kids, adults from the neighborhood outside of the complex - always using it. Management does nothing to remove them from the area.
6. The only good experience that I have had her is that part of the maintenance crew - Nick and a couple others have been very courteous and friendly. Have fixed what they could or repaired enough for something to continue to work since they are being told they can't order or replace with new. Maintenance Manager is very unfriendly and an overall "prick" - saying it nicely. Maintenance Supervisor Nick is a very hard worker and very friendly.
