The worst Fing place i have ever lived. The staff are so ride, theure super nice to you when your first getting the apartment but once they got you they show their true selfs. And oh my god they have the worst rules. They will fine you of you have something as basic as a broom out on your oh dont het me started on the noise and violence . I habe witnessed 2 shootings, 3 domestic abuses, and 2 cars doing figire eights in the parking lot . I now live in a way better place then this one. Ita like noght and day. Oh yeah you can forget about of somethings either broken or hust having issues with ypur apartment at sutter theu wony help u. Theyll take forever to get someone out there to fix anything.
