"Don't just complain about something" well, how do you do that especially when the office staff have shown how incompetent and non transparent their are?? moved to this complex during Gable residential era. it was great group. very efficient and professional. their service was excellent , five star!. Vista came along all went Astray. It was more about them and the money (of course by persuading to sign for the lease) and then allocate you to a filthy apartment way different from what they show you and what you ask for. trick is signing the lease first. My fellow citizens do not fall for that. it happened to me. my lease ended i asked to transfer to a bigger apartment. i asked for a new carpet, i was promised that. when i moved in, carpet was old, foul odor, and filthy, cracks on the door . you have no idea how uncomfortable i am with my apartment. gods grace distracts me from negativity of this apartment. when i asked why the carpet was not changed, the who called supervisior hahaa stated " well we partner with a company that assesses the status of carpet before it is changed, they said it actually did not need changing at all". well no one ever called me to notify me that. i would have definitely looked for an apartment else where. the cracked door " oh ma'am there is nothing we can do about that". really??what of ants all over my couch, bed ,dining area and kitchen ?"ma'am go to home depot and buy anti-ant spray" what?? yes!. looking forward for my lease to end, will definately be moving out. -PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE UNTILL YOU HAVE SEEN THE APARTMENT THAT YOU WILL MOVE INTO!! INSPECT IT!!, otherwise i do not recommend it.THEY LACK TRANSPARENCY.
