The complex is centrally located between Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth. It's about 17mins from DFW international airport and 26 mins from Dallas Love Field airport. The grounds are well kept. This is a pet friendly community with a doggy area. There are two nice pool areas and a workout room. This is good middle of the road community, neighter high end or trashy. The fixtures are older but decent. Management can be vague and picky about what is allowed on patios. Maintenance response, for me, has been excellent. Neighbors ..lol Some great and some not so much. I find that a neighborhood is what you make it. If you take the time to build a rapport with your building mates, then the stat here will be pleasant. Pest control... They do their best to resolve if it occurs. Do your part to prevent occurrences. Management... In terms of professionalism and customer services, there is definitely room for improvement. There are good apples in the bunch. Overall, it is decent clean community for a few years.
