I'd recommend this apartment complex for families with older kids that are already settled and have previous experience with apartments. They're pretty strict on things that affect the view of the apartment complex especially with items allowed on patios and such. Theres not really anything special about Sutter Creek that separates it from the competition. Updated apartments are extremely outdated and a lot of things are lopsided like work wasn't completed by professionals. As most apartments the workers live in the complex and often use things they see after office hours to use for grounds for additional fines and eviction. They do have a dog park but you'll rarely see anybody with their dogs because it's in the middle of the complex and many people will complain about barking. Which is odd because you often hear police and ambulance in the area. (Do not live here if you or your family has a warrant no matter what it is) I'm not completely unhappy about my choice in living here but I will be moving as soon as my lease is up .
