I've been at Sutter Creek for 3 years (almost 4) in two different apartments and the experience dropped drastically during my time. The entire complex is run down, the gym is oddly inaccessible because I was once told that it was a 24-hr thing but it's only open during the time everyone is working, which leaves it just empty enough for kids to hang out in during the day. My apartment is very slowly sinking into the earth, as evidenced by the cracks in my walls due to the foundation shifting beneath us. I'm fully expecting to end up underground if I continue living here. We spent a full year with the bugs completely out of control in our place because management was inconsistent with pest control management. We're also slowly being poisoned due to the fact that our apartment is inadequately sealed, so whenever people park backwards in front of our windows, the apartment fills with exhaust. And management doesn't care. The office staff doesn't care. I grew tired of saying the same things over and over again to people who remain stone-faced and unapologetic when the truth of the matter is, they could have moved us to a better built unit and fixed this one. But they want my money on time! Suffice it to say, I am completely disenchanted by this apartment complex; it's disgusting.
