This isn't a bad place to live but it is lackluster at best. The communication from the staff is not very good in terms of when changes are being made around the complex or when certain utilities or facilities were turned off for repair or when they would be back in commission. After the winter storm earlier this year the hot water was out for a month and I had to hound them about when it would come back on. Overall, the quality of the apartments isn't bad but the communication and professionalism of the staff could use some improvement.

The pricing is pretty good in regards to other apartments in the Arlington area. I don't think the communication here is all that great. They have sprung maintenance on us the day before without much time to prepare such as shutting down electricity or water. They tried to charge us a $70 fee for having a shelf on our balcony that had plants on it. They never ended up charging us because we challenged them on it but it was unnecessary to begin with. The contract stated we were able to have something like that when it came to plants so it made no sense for them to try that. Other than that it isn't a bad place to live, just not the best either.
