Living at Sutter Creek has been a very lovely experience. The apartment complex looks really nice and it is typically pretty quiet. That's as far as I can go with loving the complex. Aside from aestethics there is quite a problem with the units themselves. The guardrails on the patios do not actually guard anything, as they are secured to the wall by 3 badly placed screws. The dumpsters/trash service , which residents pay for, is normally full, the provided laundromat has all the washing machines in service, but only 3 dryers and the reloading card is only available to reload during office hours. Office hours which, without notice, were changed. Furthermore, You often have neighbors who do not walk their pets on leashes, sometimes they just let their pets out by themselves. It's pretty great, almost like a petting zoo with ravenous canines. I look forward to the further experiences i shall have in the coming years here, at Sutter.
