Customer service is beyond poor. We sign a contract for our apartment, and 3 days before our move in date I am told the unit will not be available, and that a new contract for a new unit is necessary. All of my utility arrangements had to be fixed. More of my time wasted.
During the winter storm negligence and incompetence left us without warm water for more than 15 days after the storm had ended. The office staff severely lacks empathy and basic knowledge of customer service. They refuse to help you unless they personally oversaw your application process even if it's a minor issue. Overall I have the feeling that tenants are disposable in their eyes, and the staff has not done anything to make me believe otherwise.
