It's spotty at best. Things that should be done monthly aren't. Air filters should be by maintenance & you have to request to it done. Pest control is charged monthly & you have to request that too. Makes no sense. With the rent going up on a regular basis, no upgrades are made in these apts. Going back to maintenance, requesting work to be done is always a wait & see. Management always threaten eviction if rent isn't paid in a timely fashion. No one answer the phone & many times, they are just sitting there. This complex is half full. It appear word is out about the lack of professionalism shown on a few occasions by the front office staff. If rent is going to be almost luxury apartment prices, you may as well relocate there & get better service as well
