I read my reviews for the property off Google, a lot of times they tend to be more accurate and up to date. My move in day was horrible, the apartment was supposed to be ready but was filled with cellar spider/webs, in every corner, cabinet, closet and room!! My refrigerator/freezer had dead roaches in it . Underneath the carpet throughout the apartment, there are several loose cardboards that lift while your walking and you can hear them. The rail on my balcony is loose even after they came and did the rush/tacky quick paint job they still didn't fix that. (Which is very dangerous) The ladies in the office I don't have a relationship with and they don't seem to have a relationship with the people on the property either. They do have attitudes and are lazy. Maintenance comes pretty fast but some fixes are "------ quick fixes" and you can tell because I start seeing fixes that are not properly taking care of that should've been fixed before I moved in or that were fixed but you see all the flaws!!! I do love the spacious balcony and closest and the layout of my current apartment. Unfortunately due to certain circumstances I was not able to move when my lease was up so I had to transfer and they didn't really make it easy although they "tried" ? but I was able to get another apartment but overall they could definitely do major improvements as far as management and their appearances. Y'all put so much money into the grass for people driving by to see and into fixing the leasing office but care less about the actual residents who pay rent and our family's and where and what we have to live in. They don't do any specials , nothing for the community nothing for the kids ? but they love to charge you for everything. EVERYTHING.
