These apartments are in a nice area but please avoid. The office staff is very rude with smart mouths. Once you move out they charge you all these unnecessary fees & to their defense “Oh when you first moved in we charged this & that but you were never billed for it”. And nobody failed to mention any of those fees before hand. When you move out, you will still receive billing statements even For days You weren’t in the apartment. Corporate is no help, you send a letter or complaint to them, they never respond. Avoid moving there to keep your Sanity & peace.
