My address 3024 Henderson Drive #716, I move in December 20th 2020 , just get into the place and I have to leave for a week, lots a rain back then when I come back I felt some water on the floor was full of water under my bed so I took a picture of that and I called they leasing office , they send the person to fix end of February this person has raised the carpet cut the foam under and plug in the fan and he said to me the will come the day after I was on my way out for 3 days when I came back and get into the apartment was all the same the fan still ON carpet was all up so I put my stuff in place , I drove to the office and the guy came to pick up he's tools. Everything still the same rain and flooded again no one did ANYTHING matter fact I send pictures to TIPTON GROUP. And I never heard any answer so . I firmly believe that NO ONE IN ANY PLACE WORRYING ABOUT PEOPLE EXCEPT MONTHLY PAYMENT.
