Too many bugs. I can't even leave food out on the counter to go to the bathroom without worrying that there's gonna be a roach crawling all over it while I'm gone. Had a guy come in and spray. It might as well have been sugar water judging by how the roaches reacted. The gate going to Arkansas lane never works so why is it even there? There is poop everywhere. The first couple months I would get almost daily texts about what could and couldn't be in my yard. There are always police cars around which is just weird. This place stays cool in the summer but is so hard to keep warm in the winter. My door isn't even properly sealed to when I close it there's always a gap that lets in bugs, air, and light. My bedroom door cannot close so I have to put books in front of it for the illusion of privacy. I have a light switch that does absolutely nothing so why is it even there? The dishwasher sucks. Also went through a period where plumbing was a nightmare. Also the dog park is a glorified patch of dirt. I have also tried to go to the gym since its supposed to be included but its always closed. If had to use one word to describe this apartment it would be: ------. It is not worth the price at all so I will be moving the minute my lease is up.
