Not really happy. They add on additional taxes and fees that they dont tell you up front. Getting repairs done can be slow. l had bathroom leaks for months with mold growing and they only painted over it thr first few times. There are bugs, but you pay for pest control that l have only seen once. Cabinet doors dont close all the way. l was promised an updated apartment, and l am paying for an updated apartment, but it is far from being updated. l definitely will not renew my lease.
