at first when i would put in a work order they would come right away, this last time i put in a work order about a month ago or longer and they have not shown up,i have called and all i get is maintenance is behind on orders. this is very frustrating when cold air is coming thru the door. my electric bill continues to be very high, but yet if we don't pay the rent on time they want to evict go figure.
