I'm grateful for the opportunity to have lived here at Harmony Apartments in Arlington. It has provided me a great convenience for work, shopping, and rent that suits my budget.
As far as my living experience, there's been challenges. Two of my biggest issues living at Harmony is the pest control and lack of hot water for showering. I have made multiple requests regarding these issues and the problems have gotten better, but not completely resolved. Looking at the apartment reviews, pest control seems to have been a long lasting issue for many residents and is very critical for a tenants cleanliness and well being. Being free from such worry is definitely a deciding factor on me continuing to call a place home. The leasing staff has been great, very helpful each time I visit the office. Parking and the maintenance staff have been great, also the environment is mostly peaceful. Unfortunately the gym access is very inconsistent, and is not available for residents that come home from work in the evening. Overall If I had to rate my experience on a scale from 1-10, I would have to give it a 4 considering all things. I would like to see Harmony make the effort to give residents a more pleasant experience, especially with basic requirements such as pest control and good customer service. Thanks.
