Overpriced Nightmare

If you enjoy living with creatures from the Amazon rainforest and being harrased by management this is the place for you! I stayed in the complex for 2 years and never felt so unwanted somewhere. The first year I lived on the Dolce side, in terms of pest it is the more desirable side but unfortunately I was given an ultimatum and had to move prematurely after receiving a few complaints from a downstairs neighbor regarding a 2 YO toddler THAT THEY KNEW RESIDE THERE. I was forced to transfer to a lower level apartment. I later found out the neighbor was promised a discount on his rent by management that he didn't receive hence the complaints. The lower level apartment they moved me to on the Bella side was roached invested from the night we got our keys. Throughout the duration of the lease we would also come in contact with large spiders and a SNAKE my then 3 YO found in the kitchen. This apartment shares a gate with the hotel where their residents would be outside all times of night smoking in flicking cigarette tips over the shared fence. Best maintenance team

They have a very good maintenance service, I would say the best. Since I have been here everything has been great and my wife and I are happy here. It's quite. I am recommending my friends to move here.

It's a great community. Staff is friendly and helpful. Strict on noise complaints so no noise after 10pm and before 6am. Dog poop need to be picked up by owners as pets are allowed here. Swimming pool and exercise room is great. Just need to change the pool water. Taste salty at times. Overall great place to stay

Tera and Sandrea are the best. Tera hears me out whenever I need anything. Sandra will stop what she is doing to help me with anything especially the computer stuff. Maintenance is great and always take care of my issues if I have any. I've been here a yr & love it.

I will be moving into the Vita 360 apartments on Sept 27th. The staff has been amazing with assisting me through my moving process. Every time I called the office everyone is so pleasant. My apartment is absolutely beautiful! I appreciate my in unit washer and dryer and granite countertops. Thank you Vita Team!!

Great experience

I moved in apartments in March this year. My experience here has been great. Property staff do a great job and keep up the property well. Love the valet trash services. Maintenance staff is always there on time when you need something fix. Gym area always clean and neat.

These apartments are so amazing! We actually moved out to try a different complex and we regretted it, and we came back! We feel like home again(: Rosa is amazing and was so helpful with the whole process. The maintenance is also amazing they fix everything right away, that was also a major reason why we came back to these apartments.

A: Depends on your service. We used to have Metropcs/T-Mobile and had zero bars when inside. We now have Cricket/At&t and we have great service/5 bars!
