I think I found my new home

Have to say such a great experience touring these apartments! The property itself is really nice clean, well kept, and the layout is what I love. I’m honestly so undecided because there’s a lot to like here! On top of that, the leasing agent Irene who helped me was amazing! so sweet, patient, and informative. She made the entire tour feel easy and welcoming. Definitely a great experience overall!

Great place

This place is great, rent is affordable. The staff is nice and Latrice toured me and she was kind and answered all my questions and she asked me good questions as well. When our tour was over she walked us to the door, no one has did that when we toured with them. Thank you Latrice for being so kind and helpful.

Love my home

I love my kitchen cabinet space was a huge thing for me & I got to choose my cabinet colors which I loved I don’t get asked that normally when finding my apartment o happy with my decision. Unpacking is next!

Great staff

Irene was a delight to deal with in our process in finding our next apartment. We did end up getting a home instead, but Irene was very informative and professionally sweet. She made our visit on the property very nice!

Great Community and Great Staff

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and I’ve resigned another lease. the property is well maintained and managed. my commute to work, the domain, Austin and the surrounding suburbs is super convenient. great place overall to call home. Amenities are always clean and working, staff super helpful and if they don’t know in the moment they follow up in a timely manner.

Great customer service

I went to tour these apartments and the office staff was so kind and accommodating. My son who is three years old was running all over the place and the staff occupied him with toys and markers and paper for him to color on and it was just super sweet. I was able to complete my paperwork in office. I automatically knew this was the place I wanted to call my home.

Great community

The community is peaceful, well maintained, and the amenities are really nice. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall its a comfortable place to live and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a good apartment community.

1900 is in a great area i like that the heb, chick fil a, cvs & gas station is near by not a bad commute to local store! extra points for the dutch bros campus is only 16minutes away which is very important to me so not bad!
