I really love this apartment and the move in process was very easy and management was extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone to Check out the Avenir. The amenities are amazing and the location cannot be beat.

Overall, my experience living in this community has been positive. The property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and safe. I appreciate the efforts the management and maintenance teams make to keep the common areas clean and address service requests in a timely manner. Having a responsive maintenance team makes a big difference in day-to-day living, and it's clear that there is an effort to ensure residents' concerns are handled professionally.

The management team at Avenir apartments have been amazing since I've moved in. They are responsive, communicative, and go out of their way to provide exceptional service and personable care to their residents. My living experience here has been amazing. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a beautiful place to live in Central Austin with a management team that truly cares for their community.

Living here has been a great experience so far. The community is well-maintained and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I really appreciate the staff because they are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The community events are a huge plus too. They are well-organized and provide a perfect way to meet neighbors and feel at home. Overall, it is a high-quality place to live with a team that actually puts in the effort. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a solid new home.

Avenir is an amazing apartment community? location, staff, and just overall living experience is unmatched. I've lived here for over 3 years and just renewed my lease for another term. Best value in downtown Austin.

Best maintenance team I’ve seen at an apartment
I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Jose. They’re definitely one of the highlights of living here. After 3 years of living here, almost every issue I’ve had has been fixed within a day when possible and they’re always responsive and communicate well.

Great team supporting residents
The building is new and has great amenities. Very dog friendly. Staff is always happy to help out, and maintenance is always speedy and efficient. Jose in particular goes above and beyond to communicate updates and get things done quickly. He is a favorite of many Avenir residents.

Overall it’s just ok, but with conceding issues
The Avenir apartments overall are ok, just ok. The location to downtown is excellent, the maintenance staff and the reception concierge also excellent. The overall cost for the location and faculties is not too bad. The building has two great pools especially on the roof deck, but far too many people are let from outside (often well beyond capacity) and it gets noisy. The main gym used to be in the fourth floor with amazing views over the city and capitol building, but they moved that to the basement which is dark, no windows and next to the incredibly loud basket ball court. The building has had multiple issues with break ins, but it is close to downtown, so somewhat expected I guess . Bicycle theft is an issue, where thieves cut the locks and take the bikes. But here is the most damming issue, at least for me. There is a pot smoking issue in the building and it’s rampant, the management are not strong enough about eliminating the issue and they will not let you out of your lease ( beware!) if it happens on your floor, despite the fact that they are not providing a healthy facility ( again my opinion) the weed is the GMO skunk variety of course, so the smell is obnoxious. And gets into the apartments. Bottom line here is if you are 20 something, want a great location and you don’t mind the overcrowding loud weekends at the pool sometimes and you don’t mind skunk weed smell, then this is your place. But if you are older and less tolerant of these issues I’d look elsewhere

Over Hyped , Not Worth it
Your money is better spent elsewhere. Over crowded and a laundry list of continually growing issues. Theft, package delivery issues. Generally cleanliness in some areas. Parking, elevator to tenant ratio isn’t working.
