Changing for the worse in the year & a half I've been here. Cops here routinely, 2 SWAT incidents. Noisy neighbors, overcrowded parking, dirty grounds and several homeless camps close to the property & they wander thru the property as there is NO security.

I really love how quite it is in my area. Because of the high ceilings and the thick walls. I really don't hear my neighbors. I love that! It is well lite up at night. The management is super friendly and supportive. They are always having something positive for the tenants. Much love!

First center ridge apt was so big but for safety concern there is gate on way but always open no cc camera need more security was seen on apt random people are walking around even in swimming pool areas random people are seen and they make trash on pool area so bad and polluted to give attention on giving security.homeless people near to take care.On other side from renting process and that so easy and staff are friendly.

These apartments are alright not really good --- they make them seem like when you need some maintenance they don't come n they take forever like when I moved in there was like a whole in the wall n they try to say it was me but it been there n they still haven't came out to fix like it been over 3months

Have nothing but the best to say very peaceful neighborhood lawn is always manicured pool is spacious gym is clean no loud noises maintenance is quick property is quiet no hanging out or groups of people everyone just goes to work and come home from what i experienced

The community has always been amazing until the last 6 to 8 months. The owners decided to become income sensitive property. There are drugs being sold, sex being sold and animal abuse. Nobody does nothing about it. The only thing the owners want is the free government money.

Experience living here have been good. Only concerns the maintenance and cleaning to preparee apartments could be more thorough. I wiah they wouldn't have changed the cable package! I would have love if they would've given residents notice of the change or given us a choice and or options.

The apartment has been good so far! Nice layout, good rent price/amenities. There are two gyms and two pools, which is nice! The gyms aren't anything super fancy, but fitness connection is right around the corner. It's slightly inconvenient to get in/out of the complex sometimes (because of the road layout), but it's not that bad. It's fenced but not gated, but so far I haven't seen any issues.

I haven't been here that long but so far so good. Nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors. I think the floor I live on 2nd could use a good cleaning. When my daughter lived here we used the pool with my grandson and I loved it.

This place is has great customer service!

I've lived here for 4 years and have really enjoyed it. Jamie and Taylor have been here since I moved here and they are always so friendly and helpful. The office people are also really kind and help me whenever I have a question. Maintenance people are very quick and friendly too. All my repairs are done usually the same day! I have a friend that I recommended should come live here and so I came on here to show her the reviews to show how great it is! Almost all the reviews are great, minus a couple bad apples who you can see have some personal vendetta to exaggerate the truth or just get revenge because they messed up and got in trouble for it! LOL. Gotta love those crazy nuts, hahahahaha! Well, I love it here, always have, and will continue to live here until I finish saving for my first home purchase. If you're looking for a nice, quiet, friendly place to live, this is it! Plus, they always have these really fun things they do for the residents, like parties or little gatherings, and free chick-fil-a for dinner sometimes!

Office staff needs work. When you tell management about problems Jamie blows it off. Taylor ads on Amounts to your account. And then act like she doesn't know where it comes from. The office staff lets their personal family ride on our golf carts. The homeless population over here is ridiculous. The dog poop situation over here is ridiculous.Hemero Is great he is the best maintenance man I ever had. Makayla is sweet. I love Sariah!! Natalia is rude. She rules her eyes. She pops her neck just because she doesn't cuss. She feels like it's not being disrespectful, but it is. Jamie have her favorites in the office is one of them if you have anything to report to her about the office staff, you can forget it because it's not going to be handled We do not have pedestrian signs over here disabled son almost got hit twice. I told her for three months about it and they're still not up and we're going on our fourth month. My son doesn't even have a window in his room so if there's any emergency I can't use them windows to get out.

The first year was great. But then there were issues with people at the pool past open hours. And our issues of our blinds never got fixed. Definitely need to get some help with that. Also maintenance left our lights on in our apartment when they came in.

When I first moved in, it was very rocky. You have you have rude employees working for you I moved into the wrong apartment was not happy about it but I did what I had to do now I'm happy I'm OK I'm glad that I don't have to speak to that one person that at your office anymore but everything is great here I like it. I don't have any problems with my neighbors, you have a very clean facility and people are honored you have good workers working for you as far as maintenance and grounding thank you

Necesitan tener m?s control en las entradas de la propiedad, me he encontrado constantemente vagabundos, dentro de la propiedad y se asoman al interior de los veh?culos, sacan el reciclaje de los botes de basura y dejan desorden en el piso

Staff is always helpful and informative. I feel that I have privacy and confident that staff is always there for support. I work close by which is extremely convenient. We have HEB, restaurants, doctor care and a number of other places that are comvinient. All is around us at our disposal.
