The apartments are really nice, washer and dryer, modern look, and spacious, the staff are very helpful but also very busy and most of the time emails are not responded to and the office phone is answered 50/50 but you can always go in person and get help immediately , and unfortunately the dog barking is out of hand.

For the most part everything has been great. We like the amenities and the more modern look of the apartment. We had one problem getting our broken dishwasher replaced despite numerous maintenance requests. Maintenance was always timely in coming out to check the dishwasher and speak to us, but it took over a year of failed fixes for them to finally get it taken care of.

Tech at bridge crossing has some of the worst management I've ever had to deal with. They will charge you for absolutely anything that they possibly can. Just another warning, you WILL be able to hear your neighbors.

Overall good - Upkeep is well maintained and people in office is always friendly - Requested maintenance once and they cancelled my order with no explanation - Never had a package missing taken - Lighting is good - Might need to add a little more in back of the apartment - Might need another grill

The experience has been challenging since the AMP take over. A lot of loose strings between management have caused issues with reimbursable fees, mobile app management, and tenant services to where you'll feel very unsupported.

I'm glad I rented an apartment at this community, it's very friendly and accommodating. The administrative and maintenance staff are always eager to help. The environment is always clean despite it's a dog friendly apartment. I will always recommend this place to my friends and family.

They management does not care about the residents. When they have issues with the resident the portal they inconvience us. They do not close the gates which is ruining the point of any type of security. The dog poop is not cleaned up all around the property. There is guy and cigarette buds everywhere

I love it here! No issues as of yet! Only thing I would change is allowing small bbq pits! Neighbors are very friendly and parking is great! No issues with parking. I love the trash pick up and the community and office staff is amazing! From Stephanie to Teri love them both! It takes less that an hour for them to respond to any maintenance request!

I like my apartment, the staff and quiet upstairs neighbors, but not the overall community. Simply too much crime. In my time here, the package room has been broken into multiple times, trash cans near the mailboxes have been ransacked, a drunk resident crashed their car into parked cars in front of my building, car break ins and a car theft, and a passed out drunk guy sleeping in front of the office overnight. The apartments across the street had four shootings last year. I pay too much to live in such lawless mayhem.

The complex has undergone some changes since it first opened but the office staff and maintenance crew are always kind, helpful, and efficient. The first batch of residents were more friendly and neighborly than the current residents despite the complex's efforts to increase community, so that's the only bummer in my opinion.
