I recently had an experience with this apartment community and wanted to share some feedback for future renters. Overall, the application process took longer than expected, and communication could have been more consistent. There were times I had to follow up myself to get updates, which made the process a bit stressful. That said, the staff was polite when they did respond, and the property itself appears well-maintained. I would recommend that future applicants stay proactive in checking on their application status and make sure all documents are submitted promptly to avoid delays. With improved communication and transparency, this community could provide a much smoother experience for prospective residents.

Carson Crossing is a beautiful and peaceful community. They have kind staff that go out of their way to help you through the move in process and are always checking to make sure you're happy in the apartment community. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new apartment home.

Staff is very friendly, Caleb is amazing in the front desk everyone is super helpful super friendly people I'm new to Austin and this was overall a great start to my experience moving in to this area and home thanks Carson crossings

The leasing staff was great. First point of contact was with Elizabeth and she enabled me to make an informed decision with all the information she had provided on the day of our site visit. The rest of the staff helped me through the entire process. Caleb and Monica were a huge help in the process as well.

Great place but windows don't open opposing a safety hazard. There are no balconies which is not a big deal. But the windows not being able to open is a head scratcher. Has elevators which is convenient. Overall it's a nice place to live

Nice nice nice nice nice nice lovely home I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The nicest office staff ever, they always make sure everything is going well. I recommend you to come out and see for yourself how nice it is.

Since the first tour visiting here I felt very good about this place. The apartments are brand new, spacious and clean, everything working perfectly fine. The staff team are wonderful and so nice with me. The community areas seems to be working well ( I haven't done the use of it yet). I definitely feel safe here and is very calm and quiet. Overall I'm happy with my moving in here and I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful complex well kept and clean, leasing ladies were super friendly and super kind. I would definitely recommend these apartments if you're looking for something luxury, but still affordable. They were awesome!

It has been the worse experience of my life I never had someone make me go through so much loops and hoops to get my money after approving your application and the back and forward the lack of communication and literally from the middle of June, that's when I believe I came for the first tour to now July 16 they have been through more personal than a 711 store the lady I was originally working got fired within a few weeks of me working with her, so yes the worst experience ever..
