It has been a great experience with moving in Cedar Heights. The staff has been really helpful specially Jessie. The community and the apartments are really well kept along with lots of cleanliness. Other than that the rent+specials for the that we got was extraordinary.

Staff was nice and easy to work with. I would recommend seeing your exact unit that you are interested on your tour. Overall, besides the noise from the businesses around the complex, I am very excited to move in. I do hope they extend the roads so we can enter/exit in different areas then just a service road

The property was beautiful and far from the highway so the sound of traffic doesn't keep you up. Sadly the max income requirements kept us from looking into the property more. Its a great spot for those who qualify.

I moved in 2025. The unit I'm in was brand new. I got a great move in special and the value for what I get is great. The only downsides to this apartment for me are not having carpet in the bedroom and closet, as well as not having covered parking. Also some of the finishes and build quality in the apartment are kinda cheap, but overall not too bad.

The apartments and amenities are very nice, but I don't feel that management is truly committed to the residents. I've experienced issues that haven't been handled with the level of attention or care I expected. Overall, it's a beautiful place to live, but I believe management could do much better in supporting and communicating with tenants.

Tour was great, property is nice but one of the units I toured had dead roaches in the master bath, closet, and room. Also saw animal poop inside as well. Also saw some cracks in the wall in room. Newer apartments so makes sense. Will not be moving here
